Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Orders that are shipped are eligible for return if they are received by Pink Zebra within 14 days of the purchase date.
You are responsible for shipping when returning a order and the shipping for exchanged item to be shipped back out.

Once order is paid for it takes on average 1 day to process and pack order. Order then takes on average 3-5 days for delivery.
